Raúl Gisbert, finalist of the European Young Chef Award

Trondheim (Norway) hosted the final of the European Young Chef Award on November 12, which included the participation of chef Raúl Gisbert. The Catalan representative was not able to win the final, but his dish, "Reinterpretation of vermouth", was highly rated for the variety of aromas and flavors.

La gastronomia catalana es dona a conèixer a Itàlia

Catalan gastronomy has become known in Italy through a sequence of events held in Rome on Sunday, June 12. The Botanical Gardens and the Ottiomassimo bookstore presented Catalan food and wine under the "Catalonia, where food is culture "brand.  The Delegation of the Government in Italy, the Ramon Llull Institute, and Prodeca, organized the exhibiton.
